MHA helped assemble the team to support the iconoclastic Lebanese artist's debut US release,Ya Nass (Crammed Discs), and to direct media positioning ahead of the premiere of Only Lovers Left Alive, the Jim Jarmusch film in which Hamdan is featured. With globalFEST as a springboard, and an appearance at MHA's Found Sound event, introductions were made and impressions left which became feature coverage on NPR's All Things Considered, All Songs Considered, The New York Times, Afropop Worldwide, Brooklyn Vegan, and KCRW.
